The West Island Lakers Basketball Association celebrated their return to competitive basketball this past Sunday when they hosted an inter-club 3 V 3 tournament at Kirkland Park.
The games were hard-fought and attracted a large support group of parents, family and friends. Players coaches and supporters all conformed to the present Quebec health guidelines.
The winners for the day were the players who enthusiastically returned to competition after a 1 1/2 year haitus. This summer the Lakers are fielding eight teams as well running their annual summer day camp.
